# Your turn

Studio jobs, Designer experiences, and Buddy chats run on their own until the agent needs something from you - an answer, an approval, a review. You don't have to keep the workspace open to catch that moment. Wherever you are in the admin app, Frontic tells you.

This covers the jobs, experiences, and chats you own.

## Toasts

When a session needs you, a toast appears on whatever page you're on. Its first line says where the ask comes from - for example **Studio · Summer hero**. The headline is the agent's own words when it gives some, and otherwise a short label:

| What happened | Headline | Button |
| - | - | - |
| The agent asked you a question | *A question is waiting for you* | **Reply now** |
| The agent wants to run a tool | *Wants approval to run …* (naming the tool), or *Waiting for your approval* | **Review now** |
| A plan is waiting | *Plan is ready for review* | **Review now** |
| The run failed | *The run stopped with an error* | **Open Chat** |
| The run finished | The first lines of the agent's reply, or *The run finished* | **Open Chat** |

The button opens the chat on that session, so you can answer without leaving the page you're on. Studio and Designer toasts also offer **Go to Studio** or **Go to Designer** to jump to the workspace instead.

A toast for a question, an approval, a plan, or a failure stays until you act on it, open the chat, or go to the session. It goes away on its own if you answer the ask somewhere else.

You won't get a toast for a session that's already on your screen, and opening the chat clears the toasts - the chat lists those asks itself. Each ask is announced once; a new question on the same session gets its own toast.

## Browser tab

While anything is waiting on you or has a reply you haven't read, the Frontic tab's icon shows a dot. When you switch to another tab, the tab title changes to **Your turn ·** followed by the name of the most urgent session, so you can spot it from your tab bar.
